These terms are an agreement between you and Luis Felipe Toro, an individual based in Colombia who operates Nodi Notes (“Nodi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Nodi Notes, at nodinotes.app or app.nodinotes.app, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Nodi Notes is an infinite canvas to write, organize and connect notes, with AI features (summaries, insights and chat) that run on the AI provider you connect. Nodi is in an early stage: features may change, and some may be added or removed.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- Give accurate information and keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at privacy@nodinotes.app if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the notes and other content you put in Nodi. You give us only the permission we need to store, process, sync and display it, and to send it to the AI provider you choose when you ask for it, so we can run the service for you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for your content and must have the right to use it. We do not review your content, but we may remove it or suspend an account if we are required to by law or if it breaks these terms.
AI providers and your API keys
- AI features use an API key that you create with a third-party provider (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, OpenRouter or Hugging Face). Your use of that provider is governed by its own terms, and you pay it directly for what you use. We are not responsible for its charges, availability or results.
- Keep your provider’s spending limits under your control. Nodi does not set them for you.
- AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against your notes and sources; do not rely on it as professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nodi to:
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- store or share content that is illegal, abusive or that exploits minors;
- attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its security or usage limits;
- access other users’ data, or use automated means to access the service beyond its normal use;
- resell the service without our written permission.
Price
Nodi is free to use at this stage. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged without accepting them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Nodi available and your data safe, but we do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Export a backup regularly from Settings → Data. We may change or stop parts of the service; if we shut it down, we will give you reasonable notice to export your content.
Ending your use
You can stop using Nodi at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account, or ask us to by writing to privacy@nodinotes.app. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms; when reasonable, we will tell you first.
Disclaimer and liability
Nodi is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or lost profits, or for the actions of third-party providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, notify you before they take effect. If you keep using Nodi after that, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to the consumer rights you have where you live.
